Obituary of Michael Joseph Weldon

Michael J. Weldon, 81, passed away on June 19th. Beloved husband of the late Helen. Loving father to John (Jennifer), Michael, Christine (Billy), Stephen, Joanne (Scott). Cherished grandfather to Jasmine, Joseph, Luke & Reese. Retired firefighter for the FDNY. He was an amazing man who loved spending time with his family and friends, listening to music, watching sports and walking his dogs. 

Viewing will be held on Friday, June 21, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00 & 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. in Hodder Farenga Funeral Home, 899 McLean Avenue, Yonkers, NY  10704.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 9:30 A.M. in St. Barnabas Church, Bronx, NY.

Interment will follow in St. Raymond Cemetery, Bronx, NY.

In lieu of sending flowers, you may make a donation to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation which honors the sacrifice of fallen firefighters. 

Thank you in advance for any donation, however, due to the Foundation's Privacy Policy the Weldon Family will not be notified of any donations made.
