Obituary of Thomas Quinlivan

Thomas Quinlivan, formerly of Kilmihil, County Clare, Ireland passed away on December 19, 2020. Beloved husband of Eileen (nee Kelly). Loving father to Margaret Quinlivan Duffy and the late Patrick Quinlivan. Devoted Grandfather to Erin (Abi Mackic), Thomas (Ivan Lesica) and Patrick Duffy. Caring great grandfather to Emma Rose. He bravely served the United States by joining the Army. He worked to provide for his family by driving buses and retiring from MABSTOA. He had a deep impact on all he met with infectious smile and will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers please donations to the diabetes foundation. With everyone’s health and NY regulations in mind, the number of visitors must be monitored. Mourners will be asked to be patient and must prepare to wait outside the building. Visitors will be cycled through while practicing social distancing so that all may have the chance to pay their respects. Please remember, the sick, elderly and those with compromised health, should avoid public settings. Viewing will be held on Sunday, December 27, 2020 from 3:00 - 8:00 P.M. Seating for family will be designated, and friends will be allowed in as room permits, however, this will be limited. If you would like to attend the Funeral Mass, please understand that seating cannot be guaranteed and you should be prepared to observe from a distance.
