One of the truly great guys. Always liked running into him whether walking down the street or in the Bajart Post. A funny, clean sense of humor and just an all-around decent, down-to-earth man. I miss his presence already.
To the Nagle Family,
With a heavy heart,I want to offer my deepest sympathy to your family for the loss of Richie.A true gentleman with a great sense of humor
And always an amusing story to tell.He will be missed by all of his many friends on Mc Lean ave. and Woodlawn.
May God bless your family in this tough time and bless Richie in Heaven always.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Lil’ Nick and Family
On behalf of the County Tipperary N. & B. Association of New York, of which Richard was a longtime member, I wish to extend my condolences to The Nagle Family and his friends at this sad time. Richie, as he was known, was very proud of his Irish heritage, particularly of his Tipperary roots. He was an avid supporter of the Association over the years. His knowledge of both American and Irish history was nothing short of impressive. A true gentleman, Richie will be missed, though we are blessed to have known him. May he rest in peace.
