Obituary of Thomas M. Arater

        After a long illness Thomas Arater passed away peacefully on October 15, 2022 at the age of 66. Thomas is survived by his sons, Michael and Anthony (Tara), daughter Sandra and grandsons Declan and Chase.H e is also survived by his eight siblings, Kathleen Schwartz (the late David), Alfred, Jeanne Nelan (Eugene), John, Marie Steakin, Eileen Riley (Dennis), Agnes Melvin and Kerry McCarthy (Eddie).  Thomas is predeceased by his parents, Lillian and Alfred. He will be dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 - 9:00 P.M in Hodder Farenga Funeral Home, 899 McLean Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 10:45 A.M. in St. Barnabas Church, Bronx, NY. Private Funeral.
