Obituary of James T. O'Connor

James Thomas O’Connor passed away peacefully on December 12, 2022.

 He is survived by his loving wife Ellen and his four sisters Marianne, Barbara, Elizabeth and Laure, his nieces and nephews and extended family.

Jimmy is predeceased by his parents Timothy and Anne O'Connor nee McPadden.

Jimmy was a proud member of the United States Army serving as a medic in Hanau, Germany. He was also a Proud member of the NYPD, serving in various precincts and units in the Bronx and Manhattan. He retired as a Sergeant after 20 years of service.

Jimmy was well known for the way he had of telling a story. Using his words, he was able to make any story come to life. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2022 from  4:00 - 8:00 P.M. in Hodder Farenga Funeral Home, 899 McLean Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704.

Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 10:45 A.M. in St. Barnabas Church, Bronx, NY
