Luis was a very special person. He was always there when someone needed help. In all of the 16 years I had the pleasure of knowing him I never saw him angry or upset - he always had a smile and kind words He will be missed and there is no one who could replace him. I know my sister Marguerite who lived in Apt 4K and his mom and dad met him with St Peter to welcome him home with a very big HELLO He did such a great job down here God decided he needed him in heaven.
