Obituary of Patrick Gavin

Patrick Gavin, 68,  of  Leenane Co. Galway and Yonkers, NY passed away on May 13th, 2023, in Calvary Hospital. He is survived by his children, Kelli (Josh) Caryl, Tara (Tim) Herr, and Timothy Gavin, his grandchildren Kaylee and William Burgel, and Skylar Gavin, his siblings, Mary, Sally, Martin, John, Phyllis, Tommie Joe, Willie, Marian, Pauline, Michael, Patsy and Christopher, and  his adoring nieces and nephews. Patrick will be greatly missed by the extended Gavin Family, his in-laws the Montague and Kanganis families. Patrick is predeceased by his parents Nora and Martin Gavin, his niece Caroline Ginelly, the mother of his children Doreen, and his in-laws John and Kathleen Montague. 

He was a family man that enjoyed hunting, fishing, dancing, cooking, gardening, spending time with his loved ones, and helping others. He will be greatly missed by all.

Patrick will be waked on Wednesday May 17th 2023 from 3:00 – 8:00 PM  at the Hodder Farenga’s Funeral Home 899 McLean Ave Yonkers NY and  the funeral Mass will be held on Thursday  May 18th 2023 at 11 AM at Saint Barnabas Church, Bronx, NY.

Cremation to take place in Woodlawn Crematory, Bronx, NY
